Frequently Asked Questions
Do You Travel?
Yes. I travel up to 35 miles for an event included, every mile after that is $.50. If the event is further then 4 hours there will also be a hotel room included. For example, from Athens , GA to Charlotte, NC is would be $150.
Do You Offer Tastings
For the premium and no worries package we can certainly work out a paid consultation where we meet to taste some of my pre-made specialty cocktails and go over menus.
Do You Supply Anything?
Unfortunately the state of GA does not allow me to get the liquor needed, but I’m always available, for any package, to answer questions regarding a menu we have set up. I can also answer questions as to how much you’ll need of each item to ensure the night goes smooth.

How Many Times Do We Meet Before The Wedding?
I always would like to meet clients at least once prior to the event, be that over facetime or in person depending on travel restrictions so we can set up base expectations. I will never hold it against anyone if they don’t have time to do this as weddings are incredibly busy and stressful so if you want to leave most of the planning up to me as well, you are in good hands. If you like a bit more control (like I did when I was planning my own wedding) you can contact me as often as necessary!
Do You Have A Minimum For Weddings
I have a minimum of 3 hours, as most weddings go for longer than that, but some other events do not. If you are holding a rehearsal dinner the night before or brunch the day after, those normally take about 2-3 hours. I do not include set up in my rate, but I do include clean up.
How Far Out Do You Recommend Booking Your Services?
Most people have a hard time deciding what package they like for their wedding, so I would recommend about 3 months in advance at least. I also am just getting my feet in the door, so if there is a last minute issue with someone you’ve already set up please don’t hesitate to reach out and see if I’m free!
What Is Your Service Area?
I’m located in Athens, but I will go anywhere in the state of GA, as well as adjacent states.
Do You Offer Help With Rentals?
I can offer insight on the options between glass and plastic at an event, but I do not have any affiliations with rental companies unfortunately.
How Does Tipping Work?
I do not have any automatic gratuity in my pricing as I believe gratuity is a choice. However, all events will have a tip jar on display. If you don’t want a tip jar out we can discuss an increase in pricing.
Are You Licensed And/Or Insured?
You don’t need a license to be a private bartender in GA,SC, or FL. I am required to be TIPS certified, which I am. In terms of insurance I do have general liability insurance.
